We can review your circumstances against the current published requirements and identify the documents to prepare. Final eligibility, pass conditions and application decisions rest with the relevant authorities.

We can explain areas, everyday amenities and accommodation options, and coordinate introductions to relevant property professionals. Buying or renting should follow your needs, budget and the applicable property rules.

Support can include local orientation, transportation, accommodation guidance and other related matters, according to your agreed relocation scope.

Our indicative planning estimates are 2–3 months for Sarawak MM2H, 4–6 months for an Employment Pass, and around 1 month for a Student Pass, once the relevant documents are complete and the application is ready for processing. These are company planning estimates, not official service standards. Checks, institution or employer preparation and authority processing can extend the timeline; guardian arrangements may take additional time.
